Below Dötra, in the hamlet Calzanigo, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 10 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 300 m2, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 4 km long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 14 km, restaurant 800 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Negrentino, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato Bellinzona (sabato), Archivio fotografico Donetta. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago Ritom, Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Valle di Blenio, Campo Blenio, Passi alpini. Please note: car recommended. Open kitchen (oven, Gas stove, 3 gas rings) with wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Solar power. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x) (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Deck chairs (2), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra).     “Herrlich ruhige Lage in unberührter Natur. Kurzen Weg zum Wald und Bach und.... Herrliche Kräuterwiesen am Haus. Wandern ist vom Haus aus möglich. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.”
