Holiday home with pool and sea view in a residential area 2 km from Altavilla Milicia and San Nicola l’Arena, a characteristic fishing hamlet with a nice touristic harbour in the province of Palermo in the northern part of Sicily. At guests’ disposal an additional external kitchen ideal for outdoor meals in the hottest days of the summertime. The area is famous for the production of loquats. The charming Cefalù, which is among the most beautiful towns of Italy, is 30km and Palermo, the main city of Sicily, famous for its baroque buildings, churches and the sea, is 40km away. Internet available: 2 GB/ week. Arrivals only 4 pm and 8 pm. Arrivals at a different time are only possible upon payment.

    “Das Objekt ist im Innen- und Außenbereich sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten-/Poolbereich bietet ausreichend Sonnen- und Schattenplätze über den gesamten Tag hinweg. Die Außenküche ist funktional durchdacht, daher sauber und sehr gut nutzbar. Mit Hilfe der Klimageräte in den beiden Schlafräumen können diese Räume gut gekühlt werden. Da die Schlafzimmerfenster mit Moskitotüren ausgestattet sind, können die Fenster in der Nacht problemlos geöffnet bleiben. Allerdings sind in der Nachbarschaft einige Hunde vorhanden deren Gebell nachts je nach Empfindlichkeit störend sein kann. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unserer Bitte nach Adressen für einen Bäcker und Supermarkt kamen sie mit der umgehenden Übermittlung von Adressen und GPS-Koordinaten nach. Die Poolreinigung erfolgte 2x wöchentlich nach vorheriger Ankündigung. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”

    “Wir haben uns in diesem gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, sodass man auch sich gut im Garten und Swimmingpool erholen kann. Toll fanden wir auch die Außenküche. Wir wurden freundlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen und er hat auch regelmäßig im Garten nach dem Rechten geschaut sowie den Swimmingpool gereinigt.”
