Location: This cozy and comfortable holiday home with pool and extensive panoramic views is located on the Costa Brava in Pals on the Urbanización Mas Tomasi, a quiet residential area with numerous single-family homes and holiday homes.It stands on a terraced hillside plot below a very quiet ring road, which is enclosed by fences and walls.Enjoy a relaxing holiday with all the benefits of the Costa Brava in a secluded location.
Furnishing:The cozy and harmoniously coordinated furnishings always convey a homely feeling that you can feel right at home!The holiday home extends over a living space of approx. 75 m² and offers you three bedrooms and a shower room. There is also an apartment of approx. 20 m² directly adjoining the house with one bedroom, ensuite shower room and separate entrance.Two bedrooms have a french bed (140 x 200 cm) and one bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm).The bedroom in the apartment has also a french bed. Bed and shower room equipped.The bedrooms all have free-standing wardrobes or built-in wooden wardrobes for storing your luggage.In the shower room of the main house there is a washing machine in addition to the toilet and a hand wash basin.The heart of the house is the open living and dining area for socializing. There you can relax after a day trip on a comfortable leather sofa set consisting of a three-seater, a two-seater and an armchair, while a crackling fire in the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.For your entertainment you will find a wall-mounted Smart TV with German programs and Airplay, a stereo with Bluetooth function, radio and CD, a Blue-Ray player and fast WiFi with free Internet access.There is also a small German-language selection of books and DVDs for adults and children.The large, solid dining table on the window front with a sweeping view invites up to eight people with enough space for eating together.Adjacent to the living room is a small kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave (with built-in grill and convection oven), dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso Lattissima, kettle and toaster.Directly in front of the kitchen in the outdoor area there is a solid brick outdoor grill.The holiday home is also equipped with infrared natural stone heating and there is only air conditioning with cooling and heating function in the living area.
Outside:There is sufficient furniture and sun loungers with cushions on the property, by the pool and on the terrace. The swimming pool has a size of approx. 7.50 x 3.50 meters and can be reached via a normal outside staircase.From the entire property and from all terraces you have a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside, the sea, the Medes Islands and the Montgri mountain. If the weather is very nice and clear, you can even see the snow-capped Pyrenees.Because the house is on the hillside below the road, there is only a small on-street parking space due to local conditions. This offers space for a mid-size car. However, parking directly on the street above the house is not a problem. There is plenty of space there and parking is safe as the street is pedestrianized and used only by residents.
Particularities:As a special feature, it should be mentioned that several dogs may accompany you free of charge, but please register them when booking.Furthermore, a cot for children up to 36 months and a high chair (6 months to 10 years) are available free of charge.Bed linen and towels should be brought along, but can also be hired for a fee and prior notification.Please note when booking that you are only booking the main house with 3 bedrooms and a shower room at the standard rental price (2-6 people). The apartment with the 4th bedroom and 2nd shower room is only available if you book and pay for 7-8 people.
Surrounding: In the surrounding area, cafés and restaurant owners look forward to your stop at a distance of about two kilometers.Supermarket, bakery, tobacconist and a small grocery store are about one kilometer away.Excursions to the sea and the sandy beach are available after about three kilometers.Horseback riding and golf are available after about three kilometers.
