Cosy, rustic holiday apartment with its own pool and leisure room, an ideal starting point for hikes

This cosy holiday apartment was renovated recently in 2014 and is in an Istrian stone house in Valtura, ten kilometres to the north-east of Pula and five kilometres from the nearest beach. The apartment, decorated in a rustic style, provides 45m² of space for four people. The living room provides a comfortable corner sofa and a flatscreen TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two people (160 x 200cm). The kitchen is next to the living room. It includes a dining space for four people and is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a window, a shower and WC. The apartment is fitted with an air conditioning unit in the living room with a cooling and heating function. The wireless Internet connection works both in the apartment and outside in the garden. The 400m² garden has a private 18m² pool. There is also a 25m² leisure room with table football, darts and a fireplace. Bicycles are available. The parking space is in the garden. The site is fenced. The second apartment in the house is not let out, therefore the garden and the pool are for your own exclusive use. It is just 200 metres to the nearest supermarket and 250 metres to the nearest restaurant. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes or cycling tours, for exploring the Istrian inland area with its picturesque hills and lush vegetation. 7 km from the house there is a lovely bay. Pula with its Roman architecture and amphitheatre is of course also worth a visit.

    “Zur Information!
    Das Apartment befindet sich in Valtura im Landkreis Liznjan. Weiterhin gibt es keine Straßennamen, die Häuser sind nummeriert.Dies war bei Angabe der Adresse und in der Beschreibung etwas verwirrend. Bei den unterschiedlichen Größenangabe des Gartens handelt es sich um die Gesamtfläche des Anwesens inklusive der Gebäude. Bei der Aussage Garten handelt es sich um einen wunderschönen Hof mit ca geschätzte 100 qm mit Blumenbeeten und einem gemütlichen überwachsenen Sitzplatz. Grillmöglichkeiten sind zwei vorhanden.Einer im Gemeinschaftsraum. Wir haben uns bei David und Christina sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Apartment problemlos weiterempfehlen. Positiv: David und Christina sind sehr tolle Gastgeber und um das Wohl der Gäste stets bemüht. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe im Detail rustikal renoviert und ausgestattet. Mit sehr viel Charm. Für zwei Personen mit Hund perfekt. Die Außenanlage, ein mit Naturstein ausgelegter Hof ist komplett eingezäunt und der Hund kann sich frei bewegen. Auch hier wurde mit sehr viel Liebe auf die Gestaltung geachtet. Den gemütlichen Sitzplatz unter Weinreben und Kiwis haben wir jeden Morgen und Abend genutzt. Er lädt regelrecht zum Verweilen und entspannen ein. Negativ: Bei Problemhunde sollte man daran denken, das die Vermieter in der oberen Etage mit zwei Jungens im Alter von sieben und ich glaube drei Jahren leben. Sie müssen hin und wieder durch den Hof laufen, den die Vermieter freundlicher Weise so gut wie möglich ihren Gästen zur alleinigen Nutzung überlassen. Bei unserem Hund Davi, ein Mix mit ausgeprägten Wach -und Hüteinstinkt war es uns nicht recht, das er dann ständig die Vermieter plus Kinder beim Überqueren des Hofes angebellt hat. David und Christina waren in dieser Hinsicht sehr tolerant. Vielen Dank!”
