The exclusive 5 bedroom Finca "Can Mir" of 300 m2 is on a plot of 1000 m2, has a privileged location on the outskirts of the town of Búger and offers complete privacy with beautiful natural surroundings and plenty of modern comforts.
When you enter the house, you find yourself in a beautiful luminous courtyard type entrance area with cobbled stone floor, wooden beams and a original stone archway that leads to the living room/dining room area, there is also a toilet and a laundry room. Huge glass doors lead into the kitchen which also has direct access to the outside and is fully equipped with stainless steel and wood modules and all the latest electrical appliances.
The recently renovated extension now offers also on the ground level 2 x twin bed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, a living area and a large outdoor backyard.
From the hall a staircase leads you to the first floor. There are three double bedrooms, ( 1 with double bed and 2 with twin beds) three bathrooms and even a second small living room. The style of the house has hardly changed, all original elements like inner stone walls, windows, wooden beams and etc have been used in the restoration.
The house is equipped with air conditioning , heating (at an extra cost) and wifi.
In the exterior, in front of the house there is a large paved courtyard and access to the beautiful private swimming pool, a barrier allows the entrance to the pool area to be fenced, increasing safety for the little ones. The pool has roman type access steps for easy access and is surrounded by wooden decked floors and a lawned area complete with sun loungers, cushions and shades, an ideal place to relax.
At the other side of the courtyard there is charming covered terrace with a practical barbecue area complete with BBQ, gas rings and sink, teak table and chairs ideal for lovers of outdoor cooking in a totally rural setting. There is also a table and chairs with parasol in the courtyard.
This finca although totally private is built on a terrain with two other properties Sestadors and Rafal Antic, which can be rented, ideal for large groups or families who wish to pass there vacations together but with each family retaining their privacy.

- Not included in the price: The eco tax ..... The Heating (gasoil) extra cost according to consumption, it will be extra charged at the current price per/ LITRE.... - A deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the stay if guests have removed and recycled the garbage according to new regulations.
- For children on request: The first cot and highchair can be provided free of charge. Pool can be fenched. Interior stairs can be fenched. Free child set ( including baby monitor - night light - toilet seat - changing mat - child's step e.t.c ...
Situation
The holiday house &ldquoCan Mir&rdquo is located just 1.5 km from the town Búger, and offers absolute tranquility and privacy. The house has been restored during the last decade, but it didn&rsquot lost its magical ambience. The town of Búger offers beautiful places to visit such as: the Molí de Can Garindo, Molí de Can Barraca, Creus de Terme, church de Sant Pere and recreational activities such as Water Park (17.1 km) and Go Carting (16.6 km). The Festival Park offers a good mix of restaurants, shops and cinemas. The golf course "Golf Pollensa" is 12.7 km faway, the tennis court "Tennis Club Binissalem" is 24 km away, the rider academy "Hipica Formentor" is 7 km from the finca far away. The beaches and bays of Port d'Alcudia and Pollensa are just over 15 km from the house far away. The nearest supermarket is the supermarket "Suma", which is located in Sa Pobla just 2 km from the house far away. The weekly market takes place every Saturday in Búger on Carrer Major and in Sa Pobla on Sundays. The distance from Palma de Mallorca Airport to the house are 48, 4 km.
