Modern holiday apartment with a light interior, a balcony and a great mountain view
The 55m² holiday apartment is just 10km from the town of Varazdin in the little village of Turcin. It offers a great mountain view. The owners live in the other half of the house.
The apartment renovated in 2015 is suitable for four people. The interior is modern, stylish and comfortable. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) on the second floor and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. The living room provides a sofa bed and a big flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dining space, a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Free wireless Internet access is available and you can share use of a washing machine in the cellar. There are electric radiators for heating on cooler days.
The apartment has a private balcony and access to a big, shared garden, with a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There are private and public parking spaces in front of the house.
If you are a group of 6-8 people, you can rent both apartments together. The apartments have a connecting door.
The apartment is only about 10km from the town of Varazdin, 6km from the Varazdinske Toplice, and 10km from a Wakeboard Fun Park. There are shops, a train station and a public outdoor pool about 5km away and there is a restaurant about a kilometre away.
