Holiday apartments near the beach and the centre, with their own terrace and a shared garden with a Wendy house for children, ideal for a seaside holiday

This family-run house offers two holiday apartments for three or six people and is near the centre of the romantic little holiday town of Silo. The beach is 300 metres away and is within walking distance. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. The owner also lives in the house.

Each apartment has its own terrace and grill. The garden, which includes a Wendy house for children, is for shared use. There are three guest parking spaces by the house.

There are some beautiful beaches and bays for seaside holiday-makers, both in the town and in the surrounding localities. The most popular are the town beach and the beaches in Soline bay. There are sports facilities all around the beaches, as well as entertainment programmes for children. It is 400 metres from the house to a supermarket and 200 metres to a bakery. There is a children’s playground just 200 metres from the house.

Holiday house for 6 persons with private pool is situated near the city center of Silo and just 300 m from a sandy beach. The total size of the house is 115 m2. Holiday house has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and toilet, terrace, balcony and private parking place. There is also 300 m2 of fenced garden. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer and table for 6 persons. On the ground floor is a living room with Sat tv, bathroom with shower and extra toilet. There is also a game room size 25 m2 with a PlayStation, children's corner and table soccer.On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. Every room has air-condition and sat tv. On the first floor is also a balcony (25 m2), two bedrooms have an exit on the balcony. From 2022 house has a swimming pool size 25 m2 (size 6,60 x4,00 m, depth 1,35 m). By the house is a parking place. House is located just 100 m from the shop and 200 m from the restaurant. Also, just 150 m from the house is the modern gym which can be used during the whole year ( not included in price).In price included a weekly change of bed linen, towels, wireless Internet, air-conditioning and final cleaning.

The upper floor has a 25m² furnished balcony. Two of the bedrooms provide access to this balcony. The ground floor features two terraces, measuring 30m² in total, and a grill.

    “Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war in einen Top Zustand es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
    Das Ferienhaus lag sehr ruhig von Feigenbäumen umgeben , man hat sich echt wohl gefühlt und abends konnte man gut auf der Terrasse sitzen , die eine super Sitzgarnitur hatte.
    Der weg zum Strand war angemessen , man müsste nur mal erwähnen das der weg eine kleine Steigung hatte, deshalb für leute die nicht alllzu gut per Fuss sind wäre es etwas anstrengend.”
