This neat and quiet holiday home in Feusdorf is situated at the edge of a forest. It is located near Stadtkyll and Hillesheim, in the holiday region Oberes Kylltal, also known as the Vulkan Eifel. It has terraces both at the front and at the back, where you will also find a lawn for sunbathing. The living room with beautiful views of the garden and the woods, is located at the end of the hallway. There is a utility room next to the kitchen. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. You can use the landlord's washing machine for a fee. The owner lives on the neighbouring property which is partially connected to the holiday home. You will find many crater lakes in this mountainous area with many river valleys. The house is situated in an interesting area with many picturesque villages and towns with a medieval atmosphere, castles and ruins. Those who are interested can learn a lot about the flora and fauna as well as the natural history of the Eifel. The region offers excellent hiking opportunities. You can also take advantage of the recreational facilities at Lake Kronenburg. The cosy market town of Prüm (15 km) has a water park and an ancient basilica, which is the symbol of the city. You can shop in Junkerath (3 km) or in the health resort Stadtkyll (6 km). A children's playground is available 250 metres away from the house.

    “La maison est très charmante et spacieuse. Très correctement équipée et propre . L'accueil par les propriétaires a été très agréable et ils sont serviables. Petits bémols: Isolation et ventilation sont très basiques ( pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain et de hotte dans la cuisine). Endroit très reposant mais il faut parcourir assez souvent de grandes distances pour les visites,activités. Notre séjour a été très agréable en Eifel malgré la météo.”
