Beautiful and luxurious located in village Kringa near Sveti Lovrec und Tinjan. Villa Simeanna was built in 1805 and completely renovated in 2016. The villa consists of three separate units rented as one. On the ground floor you can enjoy your evenings in the spacious living room with fireplace. In addition, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for eighteen people, and a bathroom. On first and second floor, which are accessible only by staircase, there are nine bedrooms with its own bathrooms, seven with double bed and two with single beds. On the first floor tere is a common room with billiard and sauna. All you need to spend a peaceful an joyful holidays.
