Two fully detached sea view holiday villas, each with a private pool and jacuzzi
These two exclusive holiday villas are next to each other and have an identical layout, but they are fully detached and separate.
They are located 1300ft above sea level, built into the hillside of the picturesque village of Peyia. From here, it is only approximately a 5 minutes’ drive to the sea and five minutes to the beach area of Coral bay. The beach and sea have a five star rating.
The centre of Peyia (Pegeia) village is only a couple of minutes drive from the villa, here you will find banks, restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and shops - it is one of the most popular and picturesque villages in Cyprus, it has an attractive cistern-fountain in the middle of the square this is where the local people meet in the coffee shops.
Coral Bay has great beaches (the best in Paphos), nightlife, bars restaurants and shops. Paphos town with the famous tourist area and harbour is only a fifteen minute drive away. Drive the same distance in the opposite direction and you are into the pretty fishing harbor of Agios Georgios. The area just before Agios Georgios is known as the Sea Caves, due to the natural caves which have formed at the base of the steep cliffs along the coast.
The local airport is Paphos, about a 30 minute drive away, or Larnica airport is about 90 minutes away.
Thanks to the elevated position it is always 3 to 5 degrees cooler than Coral bay and there is always a welcome breeze.

The two-storey holiday villa from the year 2010 was recently extensively renovated and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units in all the rooms. The living space of 170m² comprises a living and dining room flooded with light, with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms, two modern daylight bathrooms (one ensuite) and a separate guest toilet. Downstairs there is the living room with two comfortable sofas and a matching armchair, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and even a Wii games console. An open fireplace enhances the cosy atmosphere and exudes pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. There is also a glass dining table with six chairs. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining space from the open kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances: a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with a cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a convenient separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two each with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a double bed. The double bedroom benefits from its own ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. One is fitted with a bath and shower attachment, the other with a shower cubicle, and both have a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A washing machine, a dryer and a highchair are available. Plenty of bedlinen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.
Large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your spacious sun deck, from where you can enjoy an uninterrupted panoramic view over the hilly landscape as far as the blue Mediterranean Sea. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a private balcony with a sea view. Outdoor stairs lead from here down to your private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Owing to the elevated location, there is always a pleasantly cool breeze. After a few rounds in the pool you can relax in the whirlpool next to it, with the same extensive panoramic view. The grill area on the terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under a starry sky. A car is recommended during your stay. There are secure parking spaces right in front of your holiday villa.
Due to the high location of the villa (where Gods live) the temperature is two to three degrees cooler with a welcome breeze.
