Holiday apartments in Bellaria, just 50 metres from the beach and with two pools, a whirlpool and free wireless Internet access
The holiday complex is in Bellaria, a charming seaside town to the north of Rimini, and is especially attractive for families with children. The modern holiday apartments are spread between two adjacent buildings. One of the buildings is a four-star hotel with apartments and single rooms, the other (Residence Elisa) is an apartment building only. You can enjoy a holiday in a privileged location, just 50 metres from the beach and right at the start of the pedestrian promenade.
All the apartments can be accessed by lift, which is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users, even though the apartments themselves are. They are of different sizes and can accommodate two to eight people. The apartments were modernised a few years ago and are equipped with everything needed for a convenient self-catering family holiday. All the apartments have air conditioning and a big, private balcony with a table and chairs.
There are two swimming pools in the shared outdoor area: an unheated sports pool and a heated pool for relaxing. There is also a whirlpool. The hotel reception can provide practical information about your accommodation and trips in the region. This building also has a dining hall where breakfast is served, if you have booked it in addition. Owing to the excellent wireless Internet network, it is available free of charge throughout the holiday complex. The complex has its own car park about 1000 metres away. It is fenced, video-monitored and is free of charge.
Near the holiday complex you can find a baker, as well as a (high-priced) grocery shop. It is about 200 metres to a little supermarket with acceptable prices. There are all kinds of other shops on the renowned shopping promenade “Via dei Platani”. For a larger shopping trip, it is recommended to drive to a shopping centre about 2km away.
It is a location surrounded by greenery and ideal for children. The double community of Bellaria and Igea Marina offers many family-run hotels, traditional hospitality, extensive parks and a style in harmony with nature. You can find lively togetherness, many bars, all kinds of restaurants and also discos along a lovely pedestrian zone. You can go cycling and strolling with a pam. Most of the hotels have their own beach areas, with use often included in the price and with plenty for children to do. There are several leisure parks in the area. The Lime three-room apartment newly furnished in 2012 is on the first floor of the building with a lift. The comfortable accommodation provides an ample 50m² of living space for up to eight people.
The accommodation has two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed (width 180cm) and a bunk bed. In the second you can choose between a double bed or two single beds and two supplementary beds can also be set up here, or a supplementary bed and a travel bed for a small child. The living room is very spacious and is as big as the two bedrooms together. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a sofa bed for two people and a flatscreen TV.
The open kitchen unit is fully-equipped (sink, gas stove with oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment). The spacious bathroom is fitted with a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin, a WC and a bidet, as well as a washing machine. All the rooms have air conditioning. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the apartment. A TV and an iron are provided.
The apartment features a wide, circulating balcony for your own private use. Owing to the garden furniture you can also dine outdoors. There are also deckchairs and sofas for sunbathing or relaxing.
