A luxury ground floor apartment located on a hill in Saronida offering a panoramic view of the Saronic Gulf. It can house eight people in total, seven of them in three elegantly decorated bedrooms. In the middle of the living room there is a marble fireplace and the lighting of the room is very atmospheric. The kitchen is fully equipped and a barbecue grill outside invites you to prepare your own meals and dine at the patio. On the generous veranda you can relax while watching the astonishing sunset and the ships' routes. Around the big pool there are sun loungers and a lush green garden to enjoy throughout the sunny days. The unique sandy beach of Agios Nikolaos is only a few metres from the house. Just 20 minutes by car will take you to Vouliagmeni, where you can enjoy a swim in the warm waters of the lake, well known for their therapeutic mineral qualities. The Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion is one of the most stunning sights while its overwhelming sunset attracts many visitors of Athens any time of the year. It is only a 20 minute drive south. This is the place to relax with friends and family, and we invite you come back every time you wish to feel like home, yet away from home, in a place where the sun always shines.

    “Mooi gelegen huis met prachtig prive zwembad (diep en lang) en ruime buitenruimte met voldoende schaduw. Slaapgelegenheid is wat krap. Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen en waren verbaasd dat er voor 1 van de kinderen al een onderschuifbed moest worden ingezet. Waar je met 8 personen iedereen moet laten slapen is mij een raadsel! Onderhoud van sanitair is slecht. Geen goede douche binnen, kapotte douchecabine, gebroken tegeltjes etc. Omdat het continu 35 graden was hadden wij er geen last van, er is ook een frisse buitendouche. Keuken is ruim uitgerust met allerlei voorzieningen. Helaas ook een paar kakkerlakken aangetroffen.”
