Former fisherman's cottage near the beach with modern interior and a roof terrace
Far away from the hustle and bustle of Palma, you will find this fisherman's cottage at the heart of El Mar, next to the trendy Portixol neighbourhood. It is located on a quiet side street, which leads to the beach and the ocean.
The modern and comfortably furnished house has 100 m². It is fully equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning (heating/cooling). There are mobile electric radiators and towel warmers in the bathroom for your comfort. The cottage was fully renovated, resulting in a large living room with a satellite television and a fully loaded, open plan kitchen with a dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds (1.60 m). A washing machine/dryer are available free of charge and are located behind the exterior staircase.
The house has a 12 m² patio, protected from views and offering a cosy spot, protected from the wind and elements year round. You can also relax on the sun loungers on the roof terrace, from where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean. The sun shines on you most days here. Pets are permitted. Parking free of charge is available street side.

Shopping and supermarkets are also easily accessible within ten minutes on foot. It is just a two minute walk to the 25 km beach walk with its sandy beach, harbour and numerous restaurants and bars. It leads to Palma's cathedral, the yacht harbour and to Playa de Palma, Arenal and Son Veri. This lively neighbourhood is bustling with runners, skateboarders, dog walkers, Nordic walkers and bicyclists. The property is easily accessible. There are four bus lines that stop right outside the door. The airport and the city centre of Palma can be reached within approximately ten minutes.
