Elegant villa with a sea view and a generous site with a pool, near the beach
The holiday villa is in the hills of Cefalù, about seven kilometres from the locality. It is on the north coast of Sicily, very close to the sea.
The house was newly built in 2016 and can accommodate up to eight people. It has been tastefully furnished in a modern and elegant style. There are three bedrooms, two each with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The living room with an open kitchen space has a very generous layout. The dining space has a table and chairs and affords a view of the sea, while the cosy lounge space has an upholstered suite, including a sofa bed for two people. Behind it there is the kitchen space with a modern built-in kitchen, equipped with many practical appliances such as a gas stove, an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There are also two bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. The villa is fully air-conditioned and the units also have a heating function. You can use the fireplace, with firewood available from the owner at a supplementary charge. A washing machine, satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are also available.
The site of around 10,000m² all around the house is not fenced in. It is covered with Mediterranean macchia and boasts a pool with a sea view, which is pleasantly refreshing on hot summer days. There are deckchairs, sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace all around the pool, ideal for relaxing completely and sunbathing. In front of the villa there is a portico with a table and chairs, providing pleasant shade in summer. There is also a sitting corner with wicker furniture, a popular spot for spending enjoyable hours reading. There is a barbecue area for grill evenings under a starry sky. The park area is accessed through a gate that closes off the driveway. There is space for up to three cars. The large private site ensures ample privacy.
Electricity use of 150kWh per week is included in the rental price, additional usage is payable (see supplementary charges).
The location of the villa is particularly quiet. The centre of Cefalù is 7km away and has a good range of shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches are 2km away.
