Holiday House Jure Senj with a parking space

Holiday House Jure Senj, 132 m2, is located on a quietly situated residential estate about 100 meters from the main road and can accommodate maximum 8 people. It is surrounded with a beautiful vine arbor and plants. It is a five-minute walk to the sea coast in Kvarner Bay and 7 minutes walk to the nearest beach "Škver".

Spacious and comfortable holiday house has a ground floor and an upper floor. The lower floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The first floor comprises a living room and dining room with air conditioning and 2 large couches, a fully-equipped kitchen and a further bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom.
All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed 180cm wide. Another 2 persons can sleep on 2 sofa beds in the living room. One sofa bed measures 110 x 190 cm.

The living room opens onto the furnished balcony, affording a view over the sea and the sunset. It has two folding chairs and a little table, ideal for a leisurely breakfast outdoors. The fully fenced garden area for shared use has plenty of greenery and colorful plants. You can enjoy a leisurely grill evening on the shaded terrace with a vine arbor. It has a table, two benches, 4 chairs, and a charcoal grill. Up to two cars can be parked on the private outdoor parking area right in front of the building.

There is a washing machine you can share use of for a small fee per wash cycle on the ground floor in a separate laundry room also used by the owner, with a separate entrance.
There is no heating.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the accommodation.

- CHECK IN is from 16:00 on the day of arrival, CHECK OUT is until 09:00 on the day of departure.

The nearest supermarket "PLODINE" with a bakery and butcher department, as well as a wide choice of fresh fruit and vegetables, is about 100 metres away. Some bakeries, a butcher and little grocery shops are about 350 metres away in the centre of town. It is about 400 metres to a typical Croatian pebbled beach.

Senj is a historical town on the upper Adriatic. Its landmark is the Nehaj fortification built in 1558, which was occupied by the Uskoks in the Middle Ages. It is also recommended to visit the town walls with the Lipica and Leo X towers, the Roman cathedral and the monument to the 45th latitude. Especially during the months of July and August, many traditional festivals and other cultural events are held. You can also go on trips to the islands facing Senj. Taxi boats can take you to Krk, Sveti Grgur, Prvic, Rab and Goli Otok. It is also recommended to visit the Plitvice Lakes national park.

    “Groot appartement. Schoon. Dichtbij supermarkt. Eigen parkeerplaats. Gastvrije ontvangst: fruit en drankje. Gunstig geprijsd. Aanrader voor een vakantie aan de Dalmatische kust.
    Ca. 700m van een strandje.
    De keukenuitrusting zou iets beter kunnen. Die is wat karig.”
