    “Das Positive vorweg: Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügiger Raumaufteilung: zwei Schlafzimmer unten, zwei oben, jedoch nur eines mit Doppelbett, alle anderen mit zwei Einzelbetten. Bei Vollbelegung mit 8 Personen und schlechtem Wetter wird es allerdings innen eng, da im Wohnzimmer nur Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen sind, im Essraum wird es mit 8 ebenfalls eng.
    Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sowohl innen wie im Außenbereich sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist zum Schwimmen zu klein, zum Baden reicht er, allerdings war das Wasser im Oktober deutlich kälter als das des Atlantiks.
    Was die "Serenidad" angeht, die das Haus im Namen führt: Es liegt an der vielbefahrenen Straße von Arona nach Vilaflor und hoch zum Teide. Nach der Ortsdurchfahrt mit 40km/h drehen hier insbesondere morgens die Motorradfahrer auf der langen Geraden richtig auf, was zu großem Lärm führt. Das ist unschön, wenn man draußen frühstückt, dafür ist der Blick über Arona und hin zum Meer am Abend herrlich.
    Es sei noch darauf hingewiesen, dass Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toiletten darf; es muss in gesonderten Eimern entsorgt werden.
    Das WLAN (Router wohl mit Mobil-Datentarif) ist leider nur in einem kleinen Bereich des Hauses verfügbar, kann aber an beliebiger Steckdose verwendet werden.
    Alles in allem ein Haus, das wir wieder buchen würden.”
