The house with its holiday apartments enjoys a quiet, but central location, near the Enztal cycle path. It is about 500 metres to the centre of the locality.
This cosily furnished 27m² studio is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is on the first floor and is suitable for two people. The one-room apartment provides a double bed (160 x 200cm= and a wardrobe, an armchair, digital TV, a dining space and a kitchen unit equipped with a two-ring hob, crockery, pots and pans, a fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The apartment also has heating.
The apartment opens onto a furnished balcony. There is also a large lawn with a pond by the house, with a sitting area inviting you to relax. Children will enjoy the playground. There are two car parking spaces by the house.
Hand, shower and kitchen towels are already included in the price.
The house is surrounded by forest and meadows and lies in a unique, special landscape. Cyclists and hikers will enjoy it here. There is a restaurant 300 meters away and you can do shopping about 500 metres away. You can find all everyday amenities locally: a supermarket, two bakeries with a café and a butcher, and there are various sports facilities about 10km away.
