“Das Haus wurde im Wesentlichen so angeboten wie es dargestellt/beschrieben wurde. Jedoch entsteht bei den Fotos der Eindruck, dass es sich um ein freundliches helles Haus sowohl im Aussen- wie auch Innenbereich handelt. Das ist m.E. nicht der Fall. Das Bad ist bereits sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat m.E. leichten Schimmel angesetzt. Das Haus ist im Innenbereich mit allerlei "Krempel" überfrachtet. Der Küchenbereich im Flur lädt nicht zum Kochen ein. Terrasse ist leider nicht so offen und freundlich, wie es dargestellt wird. Das große Manko dieses Objekts ist jedoch das Umfeld, das von uns in keinster Weise weiterempfohlen werden kann. Haben nach einem Tag den Urlaub abgebrochen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.”

“Hello Mr. Fischer,
I met you on arrival day and accompanied you to the house and showed you arround. You have not complained on any of the above mentioned but called after cca 2 hours that you would like to move because of the location- that the location was not what you expected. I told you it is impoissible to move you and you replied that you will contact me later to let me know whether you are moving or not. Later that evening you contacted me and said you would move because of the location- the place Cervar, to another location and that you would leave the next day. We met the next day at 09:00 and I asked you again what is the reason- was there sth wromg? You said that all is ok with the house itselft but you do not like the area, that nothing is wrong wioth the house but you have thought the area would me different.
Why are you giving a review of the house when you cannot even review it after spending one night in the house and now writing something which is not what you said in the first place.
Giving reviews of that kind does not suit you and can be processed.
The property has been renovated inisde, there is a jacuzzi in the garden which you said you wont even use it and do not need it.
The bathroom si not new but it is not even that old as you describe it. The kichen is fully equipped and the furniture is normal what any property should have so I do not understand which furnuture all over the house you are mentioning- the house was clean and neat. On the property description you have egxact measuers of the property so when you book, please read the description.
Also if you do not like the area- which for what I know and what you told me at the spot ( and to my colleaguse over the phone twice) is the reason of your departure it would be good to check the area where you go before booking so decide whether this area is the place that suits you or not.
Not only that you are not entitled to make any review because of your stay that has not even lasted 24 hours and making false accusations but you are now telling a completely different things from what you told me and my colleaguse- twice! And that is that averythings was great with the house but that the location is not what you expected.
If your statements would have been true we would have not have guests who repeadetly come to our property every year.
I honesly do not understand why you even have the right to give any review. Also, if all of those were true why haven't you contacted atraveo the same day or the next day- they would have contacted me or someone to check what is happening. You have not done so, you have not contacted atraveo and just left and now a month after your arrival and departure you remember to give a review! I would expect someone who has problems with the property to contact the agency immediately- you have not done so but left.
