Spacious holiday home in a idyllic location with a pool
This detached holiday home is located in a quaint town, surrounded by trees and offers views of the mountains. There are two separate halves to the house.
The exterior is accessible via a patio, furnished with outdoor furniture. The pool, adjacent to the patio, is furnished with sun shaded and ten sun loungers for sun bathing, as well as a barbecue. Parking for up to four vehicles is available on the property. The property is fenced in, making it suitable for children and dogs. There is plenty of space to play football. Here you will even find a ping pong table.
The main house measures 240 m². On the ground floor you will find the living room with a fireplace, a flat screen television and a dining area. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom furnished with two single beds (90 cm each). The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking plates, an oven, a a microwave, coffee maker, etc. The adjacent bathroom boasts a shower. Due to its high ceilings, a second storey with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a patio were added, from where you can enjoy beautiful views. All bedrooms are furnished with fans. In front of the main house is the guest house, which accommodates two people. It boasts a bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom is air conditioned.
The closes town is about three kilometers from the property. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found here.
The house also offers wireless internet access free of charge.
