This charming two bedroom holiday home is situated close to the beautiful Camargue and just thirty minutes from Nimes. Its location within a quiet area of Calvisson, which is a pretty, authentic village, affords the holiday home with plenty of peace and privacy. It boasts private grounds with a swimming pool and terrace area, as well a simple and contemporary decor. It includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The picturesque beaches on the Mediterranean coastline are just 35km away and Sommières, a charming medieval village is just 12km from the holiday home.     “Ausstattung:
    Komplett, Sofa nicht bequem, Klubtisch zu tief. Im Badezimmer weder Haken noch Stange, um etwas aufzuhaengen.
    Lage:
    Am Ortsrand, ruhig. Zufahrt in schlechtem Zustand: Die letzten 100 m Naturstrasse voller Schlagloecher. Schlechte Visitenkarte! Hinter dem Haus unordentlich, liegt Baumateriel herum.
    Zustand:
    Raumaufteilung im Haus zweckmaessig, Zimmer gross und hell. Gepflegtere Umgebung (Grundstueck) wuerde die Liegenschaft sicher aufwerten. Im separaten WC scheint die Dichtung der Schuessel nicht mehr ok zu sein.
    Sauberkeit:
    Entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen! Besonders in der Kueche schmuddelig, Geraete klebrig/fettig beim Anfassen, Backrohr und Kuehlschrank nicht gereinigt, Tiefkuehler voll mit fremdem Material.
    Preiswuerdigkeit:
    Der Preis ist mit €600/Woche zu hoch. Besonders auch, da der Pool jahreszeitlich nicht genutzt werden konnte.” “Ausstattung:
