Holiday home with private pool in Villagrazia di Carini, a famous holiday resort on the northern coast of Sicily. The house is situated in a pleasant environment, in a residential area close to all services and 500 m from the town center. The villa is spread over three floors and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Underneath the typical patio outside the kitchen, you can have breakfast, but you will also enjoy relaxing in the garden or refreshing in the pool, that is for your exclusive use. The barbecue area in the garden is equipped with table and chairs and there are also a WC and a changing room. Parking on the grounds. The location is particularly attractive for its vicinity to the city of Palermo, which is the island’s capital, an ancient and marvelous city rich in history, where you can find countless examples of Baroque art, churches, theaters and picturesque markets. The famous seaside resorts such as Isola delle Femmine and Capaci, with their beaches and beach establishments, are easily to be reached.

    “Das Ferienhaus sieht aus wie auf den Fotos gezeigt und ist mit allem angegebenen Vorteilen ausgestattet. Lediglich WLAN gab es zu Anfang nicht, jedoch haben wir im Nachgang einen Router bekommen. Die Geschwindigkeit ist jedoch nicht mit dem zu vergleichen, was man in D gewöhnt ist (Netflix und Co. ist nicht drin). Das Haus liegt in einer Wohngegend und ist nicht weit vom Meer entfernt, jedoch handelt es sich leider um keinen Badestrand. Das Haus ist auch nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt (ca. 15 min mit dem Auto) und auch sonst gut an die Autobahn angebunden. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
    Zum Haus: Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Der Pool ist hübsch und man kann dort auch grillen. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt.
    Das Haus hat 3 Zimmer und Bäder, wobei zwei Schlafzimmer im Souterrain sind und daher eher dunkel. Das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock ist dagegen sehr gemütlich und viel schöner. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.
    Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einzige Minuspunkte: Die Hunde in den Nachbarhäusern sind teilweise sehr laut und bellen viel. Zudem sollte man für Nachts ggf. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, da die Pumpen der Poolanlage fast die ganze Nacht laufen und überall im Haus zu hören sind. Zudem geht jede Nacht die Bewässerungsanlage an, die auch Geräusche macht. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte das auf jeden Fall berücksichtigen.
    Alles in allem würden wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es eigent sich gut für einen Urlaub zu zweit, aber auch für Familien mit Kindern.”
