Holiday apartments right by the sea

The residential house is only about 20 metres from the beach in the peaceful locality of Okrug Gornji on the Ciovo peninsula.

The property offers two air-conditioned apartments with attractive view of the sea with private balconies, free parking and separate entrances. Excellent position on the south side of Čiovo is surrounded by beautiful beaches and perfectly clear water with 2570 suneshine hours per year.

You can also use an outdoor grill. Parking space is available and for free, just like wifi internet.

Only a few minutes walk from this oasis of peace, you can take scuba diving, water skiing, rent a scooter or go paragliding. There is also fitness center, tennis courts and varied offer of beach bars with good music. Within 1 km there is a pharmacy, post office, supermarkets, banks, city bus and taxi service. If you want to go to nearby destinations on the waves of the Adriatic Sea, we offer you unique travel by taxi boat.

In the immediate neighbourhood you can find all everyday amenities, such as restaurants and supermarkets. It is only five kilometres to Trogir and ten kilometres to Split airport.

Apartment is located in a family house just 15 meters from the beach in the peaceful village of Okrug Gornji on Čiovo peninsula, located 5 km from Trogir and 10 km from Split airport.

Enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony with garden furniture, simply the most beautiful spot in the apartment.

This 80 m² holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobes. The living and dining room has a TV with USB and HDMI connection, air Conditioning and a sofa bed. The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, as well as a dining table and chairs for six people. The bathroom is fully renovated and provides a hot shower around the clock.

    “Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer (ca. 50 - 70 m). Wir hatten die obere Wohnung und von der sehr großen Terrasse aus einen absolut einmaligen Blick aufs Meer. Wirklich top. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach, aber okay. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine tolle Zeit.

    Das Meer vor Ort ist herrlich und der Zugang zum Meer gut ausgebaut mit kleiner Badebucht. Auch in der Hochsaison ist es nicht super voll und angenehm.”

    “Das positivste am Anfang die schönste Aussicht vom Balkon die man morgens nach dem Aufstehen und Abends vor dem schlafen gehen hat. Direkt aufs Meer und die anderen Inseln. Toll ist auch die geringe Entfernung zum Strand ca. 3 min. Fußweg. Der Stand war nie überfüllt und wenn es doch mal etwas voller wird geht man ein Stück weiter bis man ein Stückchen für sich findet. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants und einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen. Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist sauber sowie die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher. Es gibt alles was man zum Kochen braucht.Das einzige was etwas schade war ist das alter der Möbel. Zum Zentrum war es etwas weit ca.40 min. zu Fuss. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der nähe des Appartements sowie eine Post als auch Geldautomaten. Ein Auto ist ein Vorteil aber nur morgens und abends ansonsten seht man im Stau, da es eine Insel ist und es nur eine Brücke zum Festland gibt. Alternative zum Auto oder Taxi gibt es die Wasser-Taxen preiswert und schnell. Damit kommt man nach Trogir oder auch Split.”
