Villa Francesca is a beautiful holiday home set in the annex of a villa about 2 km from San Nicola L'Arena. Separated from the main manor house, ISP044 shares with the owner only the entrance and the swimming pool, but has large green areas at guests’ exclusive use. Thanks to its position next to the swimming pool with panoramic terrace, the house offers its guests tastefully furnished rooms and a patio equipped with quality furniture where you can have lunch or dinner while admiring the magnificent panorama. For your romantic moments, in the evening the lights of the "lampare" in the sea create a magnificent and suggestive scenery that will make your holiday special! The accommodation consists of a large open-space with sliding glass doors with dining area, double sofa bed and kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with possibility of baby bed. Upon payment on the spot, it is possible to ask for the pool to be opened early on 01/04. The nearest village is the seaside village of San Nicola L'Arena, with its castle guarding the coast. Palermo just 20 km is definitely worth a visit. Bagheria 8 km and the archaeological site of Solunto 6 km. The beautiful Cefalù - known Sicilian tourist site- is about 40 km. Parking outside the fence.

    “Bij aankomst bleek dat we niet 30 maar 50 euro moesten bijbetalen voor late checkin. Ook moesten we ineens 450 euro borg betalen ?! Beide bedragen stonden NIET in de bevestiging.
    Huis zelf was vreemd ingedeeld, eigenlijk in 2 aparte appartementen. Beneden en boven. Eg onhandig en ongezellig. Beneden zeer vochtig en muf. Algehele staat binnen was bijzonder slecht en vies. We moesten douchen recht onder een boiler die met tape vastgeplakt zat. Dit kan echt niet. Bedden waren doorgezakt. Woning was erg vies. Ook was de beloofde WIFI niet aanwezig. Ondanks herhaalde verzoeken aan de eigenaar, tijdens ons verblijf, is dit niet verholpen. Eigenaar heeft gewoon niets laten horen !? Weggetje naar het huis toe was zeer slecht begaanbaar; grote gaten in de weg en zeer steil. Tijdens de eerste paar dagen was de gasfles ook nog eens leeg. Zwembad was oke maar de poolguy die 2 x per week zou komen hebben we niet gezien.
