Beautiful House with Private Parking and nice View

We offer you a generously equipped terraced house of around 65m² with a south-facing terrace, in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac in the lovely Baltic Sea spa town Dahme just 500 metres from the beach. Dahme is the town with the most hours of sunshine in Germany, about 1800 hours a year, with a mild maritime climate. The 1.8km-long beach promenade affords a wonderful view over the beach and the sea. There are many shops, gastronomy, events here, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The holiday house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. It has two bedrooms on the first floor. The first is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, the second with two single beds, a cupboard and a bedside table. It is possible to add a guest bed for an older child or a child’s travel bed, and we can also provide a highchair free of charge. The living room-bedroom has a sofa bed (160 x 200cm) with armchairs and a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining corner in front of the kitchen unit, which is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, an electric hob with four rings, an extractor fan, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, mixer and crockery. The shower room with a window also has a coin-operated washing machine. There are washing lines in the garden.

The house has a car parking space. There are bicycle parking spaces on site, a children’s playground (sandpit, swings and slide), as well as a cosy grill corner with a stone grill, which guests at this apartment can share use of. Garden furniture is provided. Our site is fenced.

At the end of the cul-de-sac the house is on there is a path you can use to get straight to the beach or the bakery. In and around Dahme you can find a seawater indoor swimming pool, a surf school, minigolf courts, go-cart rental, a game of chess with large chess pieces, boat hire by the pier, a riding school, bicycle hire and wonderful cycle paths, the Dahmeshöved lighthouse 39 metres high between Dahme and Kellenhusen, the donkey park in Nessendorf with donkey rides and cart rides, the Museumshof in Lensahn, the Banana Museum and the Hansapark in Sierksdorf, the maritime centre on Fehmarn, the Zoo Arche Noah in Grömitz etc.

    “Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Bewertung. WLAN haben wir zum 01.04.18 neu installieren lassen. Der Technicker hat den Empfang in unserem Beisein getestet und es funktionierte. Schade, das Sie uns über das instabile WLAN nicht direkt informiert haben, da wir während Ihres Aufenthaltes in Dahme waren und auch mit Ihnen gesprochen haben. Wir hätten dann sofort den Techniker kommen lassen. Jetzt können wir leider erst Mitte bis Ende Juni, wenn wir wieder vor Ort sind den Techniker kommen lassen, um festzustellen, woran es liegt.
