Unusual big apartment by the AugartenThe accommodation is in a central location in a typical Viennese Gründerzeit house from the year 1890. The house is in the 20th district (Brigittenau) on a quiet alley right by the Augarten – the oldest and perhaps most beautiful baroque park in Vienna. All everyday shops are within a maximum of a five-minute walk.The spacious apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has three bathrooms, two WCs, a fully-equipped kitchen. A cot or supplementary bed can be provided on request for a fee. Free Wi-Fi, a library and a grand piano are available.There is a small balcony facing the Augarten. A payable garage parking space is available on request. Pets are only allowed on request.It is right by the Augarten that has a children’s and family leisure pool and playgrounds in summer. The supermarkets Billa and Lidl are a few minutes‘ walk away. It is a 4-minute walk to Wallensteinplatz (tram lines 5 + 33, bus 5B), restaurants, cafes, a sausage stand, pharmacy, post office, bank, bakery, Vindobona cabaret. It is a 6-minute walk to Gaußplatz (4-hour bakery Prindl, tram 31, church). Bus 5A stops in front of the house.

    “Super Ausstattung, alles Wünschenswerte vorhanden und zudem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besonders die große Küche haben wir sehr genossen und den kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Augarten. Ruhige Lage, dennoch gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt - mit Bus und Bahn ist alles bestens zu erreichen, aber auch zu Fuß durch den Augarten ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit,
    Wir - 8 Freundinnen - haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt”
