Alisahni Beachfront Stone-built house, with amazing view to the sea, in quite area



The House located on the south-eastern shore of Rhodes island, Kiotari Beach, right on the sea, with amazing view to the sea.In the area has plenty of unspoiled beaches of sand & pebbles, it is perfectly, quite and amphitheatric location, for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Also is a highly suitable location in order to discover the rest of the beautiful island of Rhodes .Hiking nearby mountains or visiting the historical sites and monasteries or for water sports, windsurfing, kitesurfing and a mini boat trip are recommended



The unique design of Alisahni Beachfront house in Kiotari Beach, is a mixture of traditional (stone-built on the outdoors) and Classic furnished (indoor) styles. Is 80sq meter, consist of two bedrooms, one main bedroom, on ground lever with double bed 1,60 X 2,00 and the second bedroom located on the wooden loft with two single beds. The house sleeps up to 4 people. Also consists of a spacious kitchen with all necessary utensils and equipment, a dining room, all for a maximum capacity of 4 people. The dining room has a window providing you with sea view. Furthermore there is a living room with panoramic view to veranda and sea, a satellite TV, radio, books. Is there heating/air-conditioning everywhere in house. Also there is a large bathroom with WC, bathtub, mirror and hair dryer.





A large terrace with grass area, for relaxing, with 2 loungers, trees, sun umbrellasand one stone table, BBQ. You can make yourselves comfortable on the terrace, furnished with stone dining table with wooden chairs, for breakfast or for grilling, whilst enjoying a wonderful view of the sea.



A car is recommended to explore the area and the island. A free of charge welcome a bottle of wine and fruit in your arrival. During your holiday period you can get free, various organic seasonal fruits from the gard.

In the area there are a few small nice traditional taverns, restaurants and Supermarket. The center is (1,5 km or 15-minute walk) offers locals and visitors a variety of Tourist shops, cafe, bars, pharmacy and Health Center & dentistry. Distances from Beachfront villa -Beach/ small bay at the waterfront, just a few steps away with private access to the beach - Bus stop 720 meter frequent service to Rhodes City, Lindos - 860 meter Big super market, cafeterias, butchers, hairdresser. - 350 meter restaurants, Taverna's - 3 km there is a public medical center - 60km to Rhodes City and harbour - 65km to Rhodes Airport - 30km to Prasonissi, paradise beach for windsurfing and watersports. - 17 km away you will find the village of Lindos, which is one of the most picturesque villages of the island. At the top of the ancient citadel dominates the temple of Athena Lindia (300 BC). Do not forget to visit the church in the village center. Kiotari is a highly suitable location in order to discover the rest of the beautiful island of Rhodes . Hiking nearby mountains or visiting the historical sites and monasteries are recommended . (It is worth to see: The medieval castle Faraklou in Haraki 22 km, Monolitho's Castle 30 km, Asklipio's Castle 3,5 km and Kritinia's Castle 45 km which was used by the Venetians as Dockyard.)     “wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage, mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, der idyllisch gelegen ist. Sehr nette Leute vor Ort.
    Gastronomie ausreichend vorhanden, entweder zu Fuß in ca. 300m vom Haus entfernt, oder man fährt mit dem Fahrzeug in größere Orte, wie z.B. nach Lindos. Einkaufsmöglichkeit: in ca. 800m ist ein Supermarkt.”
