This Majorcan finca is situated 4 kilometres outside the Majorcan village of Muro and offers space for up to 4 people. From here it is only about 6 kilometres to the wonderful sandy beach of 12 kilometres in Can Picafort.
Here you are far away from mass tourism and especially to find peace and relaxation, because here chilling is an absolute must!!!
The outdoor area makes you dream just by looking at it. Here you can really let your soul dangle. Comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture, as well as chill - corners are already waiting for you!
A BBQ for shared barbecue fun is also available. Not to forget the private and large pool of 10 x 4 m. which provides refreshment on the hot summer days and pure fun.
The finca is situated on a plot of 4000 m², is bright and lovingly furnished and offers a living area of 150 m².
It is equipped with 3 bathrooms (each with shower) and 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The large living area with comfortable sofas invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped and even satellite/cable TV and internet/wifi are available during your well-deserved finca holiday.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- Pet supplement 110,00 Eur.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- There are dogs on the finca.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
