    “Het ruime appartement is gelegen in een mooi gebouw met een mooie tuin en een mooi zwembad. Het zwembad is redelijk groot, verwarmd en voorzien van een wipplank en was nooit druk bezocht. Het appartement zelf is afgeleefd en was niet goed gereinigd. De broodrooster was ronduit vies en in de hoekjes en achter de vuilnisbak werd duidelijk niet gepoetst. De keuken is niet praktisch, een lange smalle gang waar je in elkaars weg loopt. In 1 slaapkamer was veel kastruimte maar binnenin deze kasten hing een onfrisse geur.
    Dit is allemaal te relativeren als je zoals wij het appartement enkel gebruikt om te overnachten, buiten te eten en te zwemmen. Bedlinnen was zeer hygiënisch. Molton en kussenovertrek in wegwerpmateriaal, alles netjes verpakt in plastic.
    Enkel de slaapkamers hadden airco en badkamer. Als je met 6 personen bent, zijn er 2 die het met een slaapzetel in de woonkamer en zonder airco en badkamer moeten doen.
    Het strand is dichtbij, maar vermits het appartement op een heuvel ligt is het toch een aardige inspanning om terug te keren. De winkels en restaurants liggen een eind van het appartement en zijn praktisch enkel met de auto te bereiken.
    Bij het boeken had ik een vraag gesteld aan de eigenaar, hierop heb ik nooit antwoord gehad. Aan interhome had ik gevraagd of er een haardroger en strijkijzer waren.
