Holiday apartment in a quiet location with its own section of garden and a canopy beach chair

Glowe is in the north of the island Rügen, by the Schaabe, between the Baltic Sea in the east and the Großer Jasmunder Bodden in the west. Our holiday house and apartments enjoy an idyllic and quiet location by the poplar forest, in the lovely seaside town Glowe. You will be staying between the Baltic Sea (ca. 500m) and the Bodden (ca. 500m), a good starting point for interesting holiday days. Whether you would like to go sailing, fishing, hiking, riding or swimming, everything is within easy access.

There is a balcony and a big garden, as well as parking space for max. four cars on site. The site is fully fenced. A canopy beach chair and a grill area are provided.

The house is divided into two self-contained apartments on the ground floor and upper floor, or it is possible to rent the whole house. The apartment on the upper floor of the detached house is ideal for a holiday on Rügen and can accommodate up to 6 people. It measures around 80m², comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

The site is idyllically situated right by the forest on a quiet residential estate. It is only a short walk to bicycle rentals, the 8-kilometre-long fine sandy beach and the centre of Glowe with its shops and restaurants.

Dogs are possible on request at a supplementary charge. The house is strictly non-smoking.

    “Gern wieder. Positiv: Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung am Ortsrand direkt an Wald und Wiese. Alle Fenster mit Mückenschutz. Nur 2 km bis zum See mit Kranichen, Gänsen und Seeadler. Hatten das Glück, auch den Hirschen bei der Brunft zuhören zu können. Fahrradverleih gleich um die Ecke. Negativ: - Restaurant: Ostseeperle - Sehr lebendiges Restaurant mit regionalen und mediterranen Speisen Ausflüge: Kap Arkona und Vitt - Mit dem Fahrrad auf nicht anstrengenden Fahrradwegen gut zu erreichen (hin und zurück ca. 40 km)”

    “Positiv: Da wir mit Hund reisten, war das Objekt sehr geeignet, Negativ: Waren schon sehr irritiert, dass die Nutzung der Außensauna nur durch einen Münzautomaten benutzt werden konnte, obwohl alle Energiekosten inklusive waren. Ein Hinweis diesbezüglich gehört auf jeden Fall in die Objektbeschreibung. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht.”

    “Diese Immobilie ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Abwicklung vor Ort ist top. Positiv: Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Ferienhaus war schon sehr lange dieses Jahr voll vermietet und trotzdem alles sauber. Selbst der Hausmeister kommt einmal vorbei und fragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sehr zu empfehlen ist dieses Objekt. Negativ: Nach langer Überlegung hätte man erwähnen können, das die Münzen von Waschmaschine und Sauna aus 2,00 € Stücke bestehen. Das ist nicht teuer, aber hilfreich, denn man braucht vor Ort eine Weile um diese zu bekommen.”

    “Ein sehr schöner Ort, mit seinem langen Sandstrand, netten Leuten und kleine Gaststätten lädt zum wiederkommen ein. Positiv: Die Lage war traumhaft und ruhig, super Preisleistungsverhältnis, alles sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Negativ: Die gummierten Kopfkissen gingen überhaupt nicht, trotz Bezug bekam man fettige Haare ( haben eigene gekauft).”
