Rustic style villa located in the beautiful Mallorcan town of Sineu
This charming and at the same time cozy country house is located just outside the village of Sineu in the center of Mallorca, known for its authentic weekly market. Despite the very central location of the island, you can reach the beautiful beaches such as Playas de Muro Alcudia and Pollenca in just about 15-20 minutes by car.
The house itself has a great rural location on a small hill with a fabulous view that ensures unforgettable sunsets. However, we would like to note that you can hear some traffic noise from the adjacent street.

The house itself has a great rural location on a small hill with a fabulous view that ensures unforgettable sunsets. However, we would like to note that you can hear some traffic noise from the adjacent street.
The house with a living space of around 220 m² on two floors offers a spacious, bright living-dining room and the kitchen with breakfast bar. There are a total of four bedrooms ( 2x double bed, 1x smaller double bed, 1x single beds ) and 3 bathrooms and therefore, enough space for up to 8 guests. The living room and two bedrooms ( one in the guest-house ) have air conditioning.
NOTE: The old stable has been converted into a guest house and offers space for two additional guests with an open kitchen and a gallery with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area has a covered terrace with a large dining table and views of the pool and to the left there is another terrace with a barbecue grill and dining table.
An open veranda with a dining table was created at the private 12 m x 5 m swimming pool ( depth 1.50 x 2.10 m ), so you can also find a shady spot on the loungers after sunbathing. From the pool terrace you have an incomparable view of the surrounding landscape.
This spacious property, partly natural and other areas created as a beautiful garden, is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday.
