On the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, this spectacular house for 10 people is waiting for you. Located in the middle of the garrigue, it features a beautiful chlorine pool with mountain views.
Within a very special environment, quiet and private, this finca will make you feel being in the very same paradise. Every one of its exterior spaces invites to relax and enjoy the wonderful nature, as well as its little paths lead to get lost in it. The extraordinary chlorine pool sizes 6 x 3.4 metres and its depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.60 metres. It is surrounded by a beautiful wooden surface and 8 sun loungers. Any of them, as well as the Bali bed, are the perfect place to take a mental picture of the incomparable mountain landscape. Children can play at the wonderful playground area for them. If you like barbecues, you can enjoy your meals in the porch or at the large table of the terrace.
When you enter the house, which is solar powered, the hall leads you to the living-dining room -which is equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace for the coldest days- and to the kitchen, with a gas stove and a very traditional style. Going upstairs you find another sitting room, also with satellite TV, and a second gas stove kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms in total, all of them with two twin beds and a closet each. There are two on the main floor and three upstairs. There are also 3 shower bathrooms, two of them downstairs and one upstairs. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is part of a beautiful loft over the first living room, so it has no privacy. Of course, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as three fans, acot and a high chair.
The property is located between Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Artà, very near the Costa dels Pins and Canyamel. The nearest beach is in Canyamel about 16 km away. The same distance separates the property from the nearest golf course, where this sport lover can enjoy themselves. If you fell like some more lively place you can reach Puerto de Alcudia, for example, where the turquoise water and white sand beach will delight you, left alone the great restaurants by the shore.
There is exterior parking for 6 cars.
