This newly built house sits on a fantastic location next to a lake. The perfect accommodation for nature lovers with serene forests and tranquil lakes.There's a private swimming platform with a row boat, a large generous plot with lush nature and a roomy terrace with lake views.The heart of the house is the roomy living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen with open fire place and lounge furnitures.

The surrounding area have lots of great fishing opportunities, beaches, inspiring biking and walking trails.Golf courses are close by, and the popular summer town Varberg is only 20 km away.Please note that the house is in a protected water area and that the house has a closed septic tank. An excess use of water overfilling the tank might be charged the guest.

    “Als fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Teenagern war dieses Ferienhaus ein Traum! Wir genossen den super Sommer in diesem schönen und top-modernen Haus in vollen Zügen. Himbeeren und Erdbeeren ums Haus luden zum Naschen ein. Der hauseigene Steg wurde jeden Tag mehrmals zum Schwimmen und ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden genutzt. Die Veranda ist herrlich zum draußen Essen. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, Probleme werden sofort und unkompliziert gelöst.
    Ein paar Hinweise: Das Haus hat kein Internet Anschluß oder Telefon - aber der Funkturm steht 500 m entfernt und bietet absolut ausreichende Bandbreite im ganzen Haus. So konnten wir auch die Fussball WM im livestream easy verfolgen.
    Das Haus ist nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet.”
