Big glass doors in the living room open directly onto the terrace with a wooden table and chairs, and right next to it there is a traditional stone grill, inviting you to spend leisurely evenings outdoors. Children will enjoy the 7m² trampoline in the enclosed 800m² garden, whilst adults can relax in the 235 x 235cm whirlpool, which can be illuminated at night, so you can bathe late in the evening under a starry sky. The outdoor shower is very convenient. A car is recommended during your stay and there are two secure parking spaces right in front of the holiday villa. The owner offers four bicycles for free renting.
The ground-level holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2014 and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating). The living space of 108m² comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a wide digital flatscreen TV (with USB port) mounted to the wall, a stereo system, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with six chairs. A stylish breakfast bar separates the living room from the black and white, glossy, built-in kitchen, which has only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, while the third has a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm), for two children or two adults. All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of the two bathrooms has a bath with a shower attachment, as well as a spacious shower cubicle and a washing machine, while the second has another spacious shower cubicle, and both have a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot is available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. You can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa free of charge.
Your holiday villa is about 1km from the nearest shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants. It is about 2km to the nearest beach with crystal clear water. The historical town of Pula with its famous sights is about 3km away.
