This villa is located in a quiet urbanization of Estación de Cártama, it consists of two floors, a first floor with a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and bar area, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and the third with bunk beds) and a complete bathroom. It is ideal for a quiet family holiday or as a couple.
The upper floor has two large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace.
It also has a private swimming pool, garden area with lawn, porch, barbecue area with summer kitchen, outdoor dining area, tables, chairs and sun loungers, children's play area with swings, basket, etc. and covered parking. All with beautiful views of the Guadalhorce Valley.
The house also has towels for the swimming pool.
In the event that you require a full fridge service prior to your arrival, the owner is available to do so. Please check with the agency for possible arrangements.
