Holiday house JAKOV is a lovely house by the sea, on the east side of the island Hvar, next to the Pakomina cove bay. Surrounded by a green landscape and vineyards it will amaze you with idyllic panorama of Adriatic, island of Brač and Middle Dalmatia coast. The front terrace is ideal for relaxing time with a good book and a glass of domestic wine.

It is located on the north-east side of the island, opposite Makarska Riviera, near the bay Pakomina and Virak and it comfortably fits 4 people. Whole house is for rent and it features 2 bedrooms, shower/wc, living and dining area with open kitchen - one unit and partially roofed balcony with outdoor dining table for 6 people, parking, garden, BBQ. Concrete beach is only 10 m right under the house and fine pebble beach is in the neighboring bay Pakomina, only 250 m away, where you can also find excellent family restaurant. The hosts are daily fishermans, so you can always get wide choice of fresh catched fish or enjoy fishing. You can spent your day in a beach bar and enjoy drink on the beach. Equipment: mosquito nets, TV, fridge -freezer, gas stove, electric supply by solar panel (max 0,5 KW), wardrobes, warm water from solar pannels, closets in each room, kitchenware, home essentials, pots, cutlery, tea towels, towels, bed linen, cleaning products, dry clothes rack, sunshades.

The 5.5 km road to the property is a gravel road.

Shopping 10 km from the house in island village Gdinj. There ia a mobile mini bus shop, traveling every 2 days where you can order bread, water, milk, fruits, vegetables by a phone call provided on arrival. The 5.5 km road to the property is a gravel road. The island is accessible by ferry, which departs every hour from the port Drvenik Sucuraj. Limitations of electricity in the building: - the house has solar energy, max 0,5 KW for fridge, lights, mobile phones and laptop/ without strong engine - need to save energy on cloudy days Capacity of the tank: 900 l Water restrictions: water in the building is to wash - owner orders water tank.

Pakomina cove is situated on the northern shoreline of the island of Hvar, 8 km from the village of Gdinj. A lovely pebble beach and the sky-blue colour of the sea lure the visitors into the sea, and those desiring a 'Robinson Crusoe' experience can find accommodation in the nearby summer houses and apartments.

The village of Gdinj is located by the main road, east of the village called Zastražišće. There are plenty of interesting clusters of stone houses, old balconies and courtyards, while aromatic plants are radiating their scents from the nature which surrounds you. The Renaissance and Baroque style church of St. George built in the 16th century is about 800 m from the center of the village. Close to the parish house there are proud juniper trees. Visitors to Gdinj will undoubtedly enjoy the charms of this Dalmatian village, its traditional specialties being served in Gdinj’s restaurants offering the spirit of an ancient passed times.

Town of Jelsa is 20 km from the house.

About 50 km from the villa is one of the most popular croatian tourist resort - Hvar town, resort of Holiwood famous actors and businessmen.
