Welcome to Cubo's Finca Hollero, with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, private pool and lots of privacy.
This spacious country house for 6 people can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the sun of Malaga.
Only the first floor. The ground floor is not included, but is not inhabited. The property is private for the tenants.
This property maintains the balance between countryside and city, thanks to the excellent communication it has along the Camino Viejo de Málaga.
Where you can be in the center of Alhaurin el Grande in just ten minutes by car. Likewise, the Malaga Airport is just 30 minutes away, and it also has access to different towns in Malaga; Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda, Fuengirola.
You enter the plot through a gate where you can leave your car in the same area and keep it safe, since the entire plot is fenced.
When you get out of the car you can see the pool which, being high up in an independent space, has Sun at all hours of the day. The pool has hammocks and garden furniture to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Access is secured with a wrought iron fence.
Access to the house is via stairs on the left side of the premises, from where as soon as you enter you can enjoy the enormous living room and the American kitchen. A kitchen equipped with everything you need for your comfort, pans, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, juicer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer.
The distribution consists of 3 rooms. Two of them with a double bed and another room with a single bed.
The accommodation has air conditioning equipment with heat pump in the main accommodation (living room and two bedrooms).
The bathroom has a shower tray.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance.
The accommodation allows dogs up to 10 kg with a supplement.
