Holiday Apartment in Nuttel with Whole Garden

Nice two-storey-apartment on an old farm. About 1,5 km to all shopping facilities. Very quiet rural environment. This object is suitable for 2 adults and maximum 2 children. Please note that the cots are in the parents bedroom. Children and extra bed possible. Cyclists also welcome for 1-2 nights. Your comfortable, approx. 52 sqm. large holiday apartment in maisonette style, (2 levels), is situated in an absolutely quiet location. It is located in an outbuilding on our farm and has its own entrance. In the lower area are ground floor, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The bedroom is in the upper area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for in a holiday kitchen. E.g. oven with four plate stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. The living room with kitchenette and dinette offers a comfortable set of seats and shelves with numerous books, which can be supplemented from personal possession, as well as board games, SAT - TV and radio with CD player. In front of the living room there is a closed terrace for your exclusive use. Of course you are free to stay in the whole garden.     “Woning niet te groot maar voorzien van alles wat nodig is met vriendelijke eigenaren en zeer rustig gelegen. Omgeving zeer goed voor fietstochtjes, 4 supermarkten in de buurt en eetgelegenheden enz. Wifi aanwezig.”

    “Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig, aber man kann mit kurzen Autofahrten trotzdem alle Ausflugsziele erreichen. Positiv: Super nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter / Eigentümer. Sehr bemüht es einem Recht zu machen, es war wirklich sehr schön! Restaurant: Rhodos in Wiefelstede - Sehr schönes Restaurant, ansprechende Terasse, in der Speisekarte wird jeder etwas finden. Auch das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ausflüge: Bad Zwischenahn - Kleiner Badebereich, schönes Café am See, Dampferfahrten, Tretboote. Alles was man für einen schönen Tag braucht.”

    “Es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mit Hund, viel Natur und man konnte richtig gut abschalten. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Positiv: Ruhige Lage, nette Vermieter, alles vor Ort was gebraucht wird. Negativ: Sehr hellhöriges Haus Restaurant: Rhodos - Sehr leckerer Grieche, nettes Personal und Preis Leistung ist top. Portionen sind genau richtig Ausflüge: Hundestrand Beachclub Nethen - Super schöner eingezäunter Hundestrand”
