The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Vivian Residence and enjoys an exceptional location and breathtaking views of Lake Major.

It has an area of 110 square meters, including a wide terrace with a 180° view of the lake. It consists of two spacious and bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a huge living room with American kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and bidet and one with shower. A private parking space inside the building is included in the price of the Apartment.
 
Residenza Vivian is a sole ownership building, recently built in total respect for the environment and modern ecological standards, using natural and high-quality materials such as granite marble and glass. Heated and cooled by geothermal energy, thanks to lake water, totally without the use of oil or gas. The apartments are spacious, bright, equipped with all amenities and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, linens, dishes and every kitchen supply (including kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave oven).
 
Its location makes it unique: well served by public transportation, it is a 5-minute walk from the train station, the city center, all main facilities and major tourist attractions of the city.
For example: the Ancient city town, the harbor, the Kursaal Casino, Lido di Locarno and its SPA Termali e Salini, tennis, golf, hospital, restaurants, markets and supermarkets, funicular to Cardada and Madonna del Sasso, woods and bike paths, beaches, ....
It is only a few minutes' drive from Ascona and the crossroads to the lush valleys of the Locarno region, outstanding for their varied offerings of summer, winter and mountain sports and for their intact preservation of ancient traditions.

    “Ein wunderbares Appartement für eine Aufenthalt in Locarno.Positiv: Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am See, modern eingerichtet, mit grosser Terrasse und tollem Blick auf den See und Locarno. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.Negativ: Die Terrasse ist nichts für Sonnenanbeter, da sie gegen Osten ausgerichtet ist. Man hat aber wunderbare Morgensonne. Es hat eine laute sehr stark befahrene Strasse vor dem Haus.Restaurant: Lungolago - Sehr gutes Essen, grosse Karte, freundliche Bedienung, schöne Terrasse. Wird offenbar von vielen Einheimischen besucht.Ausflüge: Zu Fuss Hoch zur Madonna del Sasso, und dann mit der Gondelbahn nach Gardada - Bei schönem Wetter toller Ausflug, in Cardada findet man nach kurzem Spaziergang schöne Restaurants”
