Renovated 3 1/2 room house with garage. Sunny and very quiet location with a marvellous view on the lake and mountains, protected against the wind. Garden with table tennis and a non-heated swimming pool. On the upper floor of the house, there is another small apartment with separate entrance that can also be rented. This apartment does not have access to the garden, swimming pool and garage. An ideal two-generation holiday house. Possibility to rent one more double room with bathroom/WC and own terrace (studio). Non-smoking house.
3 1/2 room house (120 m2). Living-dining room with wide terrace with garden and swimming pool, modern kitchen, 1 double room, 1 room with a double and a single bed, niche with 1 double bed. Shower/WC, radio/TV/video, telephone, WLAN against payment, fax, chimney. It is possible to hire one more large double room with its own bath and terrace.

    “Sehr schönes Feriendomizil sehr empfehlenswert und von uns bestimmt wieder gebucht. Positiv: Die Aussicht auf See und Berge, der tolle abgeschlossene Garten und natürlich das Pool, das zwar nicht gross aber dafür eine gute Tiefe hat Negativ: das eine Bett, dem alle Lättli rausgefallen sind in der Nacht ;-). der Ort der Müllentsorgung ist nirgends im Haus vermerkt.”

    “Negativ: Man könnte mal die Gartenmöbel ersetzen. Alter Gartentisch unbequeme Stühle dazu. Durchgelegene Liegestühle......”

    “Wir waren nur vier Tage dort und haben viel unternommen , war sehr erholsam, wir haben es genossen. Positiv: Der Garten mit Pool und gedeckter Terrasse ist super. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See. Neue Küche gut ausgestattet, haben aber nie gekocht. Besitzerin sehr freundlich und war sehr besorgt. Negativ: Garage nur für kleinere Autos, sehr eng. Sie wurde schon lange nicht mehr gekehrt. Wenn man zur Tür reinkommt riecht es sehr muffig. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, verstaubte Nachttische, Grill staubig, Staubfussel unter den Betten. Matratzen durchgelegen. Der Fliesenspiegel in der Küche war nicht sauber. Die Terrasse war nicht gekehrt. Schade”

    “Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und würden das Haus geeigneten Freunden weiter empfehlen. Positiv: Uns hat der Garten und die Aussicht gut gefallen. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen, obschon das Wetter nicht so toll war. Schön war, dass sich die Besitzerin persönlich gemeldet hat. Negativ: Wenn jemand eine Gehbehinderung hat, ist die Lage nicht wirklich geeignet. Obschon man ein Studio dazu mieten kann, welches auf der gleichen Ebene wie die Küche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse ist, hat es relativ viele Treppen.”
