A lovingly furnished attic flat with gallery awaits you here. On the south-facing balcony you can not only enjoy the fantastic view, but it also invites you to linger at any time of the year.

Sent is located 3 kilometres from Scuol on a sun terrace. In winter, you can easily reach the ‘Motta Naluns’ ski area in 15 minutes on the free ski bus. The 10 km long dream piste leads to the northern edge of the village of Sent and ends not far above the holiday flat.

The holiday flat has a bright living and dining room with access to the balcony. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Two double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with a French double bed and two bathrooms. (1 x bath / WC / washbasin + 1 x shower / WC / washbasin). The lift takes you comfortably from the underground car park to the flat.

    “Gerne wieder Positiv: Die tolle Aussicht und die ruhige Lage Negativ: Luken dicht, wenn das stationäre Aussencheminee unterhalb der Wohnung betrieben wird. Der Rauch steigt direkt auf. Eine Nespressomaschine haben wir vermisst.”

    “Wir können uns vorstellen diese Wohnung wieder zu buchen. Positiv: Die tolle Ausicht über das Dorf und in die Berge. In der komfortablen Wohnung fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und fanden alles was wir brauchten. Negativ: Das Licht am frühen Morgen im verschlossenen Galleriezimmer. Wir sind an Verdunkeln gewöhnt.Obwohl nur zu zweit, brauchen wir zwei Schlafzimmer. Restaurant: Hotel Aldier - Die Tagesempfehlung fanden wir gut. Die Ravioli und die Vorspeise mit den grossen Bohnen waren ausgezeichnet. Ausflüge: Val Sinestra - Von Sent zum alten Kurhaus und dann über die Hängebrücken nach Zuort und zurück.”

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung, gute Aussicht, zentrale Lage, ruhig.
    Die Wohnung ist komfortabl eingerichtet. Positiv: Helle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, gut geschnitten. Ruhiges Haus mit insgesamt sechs Wohnungen, Tiefgarage ist komfortabel. Negativ: Der Eingang zum Haus ist schwer zu finden (man muss durch die Tiefgarage)! Die Matratzen sind etwas ausgelegen und könnten erneuert werden.Kleinigkeiten fehlen im Haushalt, z.B. eine Espressokanne.”
