Antique farmhouse renovated with pool and garden in the countryside. Located in a quiet area. Ideal for a holiday with family or group of friends surrounded by nature. Available for groups up to 8 - 12people. 5 km from the town of Manacor and 10 Km from the beach of Sa Coma.
The farm is divided into a main house with four double bedrooms, plus two anexed apartments of one bedroom with bathroom each.We don’t rent it separated, you will not share space with anyone outside your arrival group.Pool area has a large garden with lawn, terrace with garden furniture, portable charcoal barbecue.Detached house of 300 m2. The main house comprises on the ground floor and has living room, full kitchen , two bathrooms, two double bedrooms with double beds, and two double bedrooms with twin beds. It has fridge, microwave , oven, dishwasher, washing machine, stereo, DVD, iron.The apartments have private entrance each, being located one on ground floor townhouse to the main house and the other on the first floor. There is a living room with satellite TV, american kitchen, double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom in each apartment.We provide towels and sheets. We have 2 cots and high chairs included in the price. It has WIFI, satellite TV, barbecue and fireplace. The property is fenced , there is growing vegetables and fruits, sheep are grazing in the summer months.
Pool area has a large garden with lawn, terrace with garden furniture, portable charcoal barbecue. The finca has a large exterior area, there are two porches, one on the front part of the house, the entrance, and the second one on the posterior area, looking into the garden and pool. Exterior furniture to sure you can enjoy meals outside.
Parking area . Private pool fenced to prevent access by children without supervision, with garden ( 3000m2) in which to rest sunbathing and where children can play outside.
