The green garden of the villa is surrounded by fruit trees and a wonderful view of the village of Georgioupoli and the endless blue. There are barbecue facilities where residents can prepare their meals. They are located opposite the terrace with a sea view. Free private parking is also available.
In addition to sunbathing, it is suitable for fishing and various water sports "lake of Kournas", which is about 3 kilometers from the villa. It is the largest natural lake of Crete. You can enjoy swimming in the lake, a bike ride or a walk around the beautiful landscape.
