Charming little country house in an unbeatable location, close to both Pollença village and Port de Pollença, as well as to several fantastic beaches. The area is quiet and relaxed and the garden surrounding the house is well kept and nice. The house has a traditional Mallorcan style, and you will find it inviting and comfortable. There is a spacious living/dining room with high ceilings and wooden beams, adding a rustique touch to the house. The kitchen is fully fitted and functional, connected to the dining room. Both double bedrooms are light and nice. There is also a bathroom and a small loft, usually used as a cozy reading corner. There is a covered terrace with dining area outside, overlooking the garden and pool area, ideal for lazy hours or long, outdoor summer meals.
