The detached house offers complete privacy and a beautiful garden, which is ideal for enjoying peace and quiet and switching off. Cycling, hiking, climbing and cross-country skiing tours can be started right on the doorstep. A restaurant and a bakery are within easy walking distance. The ski areas of the Ötztal - Sölden, Gurgl and Hochoetz - are accessible with the free ski bus. The AQUA DOME - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld, as well as other restaurants and shops, are about 4 km away.

The holiday home (approx. 130 m²) is equipped as follows: on the ground floor there is a cosy living room with an inviting living and seating area as well as a tiled stove, which provides cosy warmth and is ideal for unforgettable hours with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, additional cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) with integrated dining area invites you to cook and linger. Also on the ground floor there is a double room, a bedroom with separate beds, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC. On the upper floor there is a further double room, a double room with a double bed (1.60 m) and a bathroom with bath and shower and a WC. The furnished balcony offers a marvellous view of the unique mountain panorama of the Ötztal Alps, while the private garden is a quiet oasis for relaxing and lingering.
