    “Leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass der Eigentümer mit seiner Familie in einem Anbau wohnt. Das Badezimmer- sowie das Toilettenfenster lassen sich auf die Terasse bzw. den Garten öffnen. Man ist also nicht "für sich", es handelt sich bei diesem Objekt keinesfalls um ein Einfamilienhaus. Es stehen sehr viele persönliche Dinge des Eigentümers überall im Haus herum (Krimskrams). Viel Platz für eigene Sachen ist nicht vorhanden. 2 große Schränke sind abgeschlossen; die Einbauschränke sind voll mit Büchern, Spielzeug etc. Die Sofa sind sehr durchgesessen. Es gibt keine Auflagen für die Gartenstühle und die (nur 2) vorhandenen Liegen. Der Fernseher hat eine Bildschirmdiagonale von ca. 30 cm. Es können lediglich 3 franz.
