The approximately 63 m² large ground floor apartment with separate entrance offers you two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and private sauna and a guest toilet. The cozy living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, etc.) is partially handicapped accessible. The terrace at ground level offers a wonderful view of the Eifel mountains.
