Our home including the aprox. 65 m² basement flat is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead end road. It's a 5-min walk to the citycenter. A separate access leads into the floor from where you get into a bedroom, a bathroom and the livingroom with kitchen and dining area. Kilometers of walking- and hiking paths start directly next to the house. Also you will find bike paths and by train you can go to Euskirchen, Cologne, Bonn, Aachen or Trier.

The comfortable souterrain 65m² appartement provides enough room for 2 guests. If needed an additional bed is available. A separate access leads into the floor. The barrier-free designed appartement includes one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room with kitchenette and dining area. The south-facing terrace at the entrance area invites for relaxing with a wonderful garden view. This garden is used by owners as well but provides enough space and privacy.

A seperate parking slot is available as well.
