Holiday apartment with sea view and pool

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. The hot tub is suitable for 5 persons and the sauna is suitable for 2 persons.

Drenje. The holiday apartement is located on a 700 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner IST LAB 074, 077 and 078 each for 5 people, IST LAB 075 (4 persons) and IST LAB 076 (2 persons) are in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Kitchenette in the living & bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
