Sehr schönes und gepflegtes kleines Rustico inmitten eigenem Rebberg im Verzascatal. Vom Parkplatz führen knapp 50 Treppenstufen zum Rustico. Das kleine Haus verfügt über zwei abschließbare Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche /WC im Obergeschoss. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich der Eingangsbereich mit dem Wohnzimmer und offener Küche. Der Schwedenofen sorgt auch in kühleren Tagen für angenehme Wärme. Im Aussenbereich befinden sich zwei Sitzplätze (Liegestühle) zum verweilen. Tischtennistisch zur Mitbenutzung. Parkplatz vorhanden. 
Direkt am Wanderweg gelegen, kann man zu Fuss das ganze Tal erkunden. Locarno und Ascona sind mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gordola und Tenero. Im Stundentakt fahren Busse Richtung Sonogno und Tenero. Für erholsame Ferien steht nichts mehr im Wege...

    “Positiv: Das Rustico ist liebevoll und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zwar typisch für ein Rustico klein, bot aber ausreichend Platz für uns alle und so konnten wir sehr erholsame Ferien verbringen. Von der Straße hört man nichts und es war wunderbar ruhig, die Nachbarn der nebenliegenden Rusticos sind jedoch aufgrund der engen Bauweise der Häuser am Hang sehr nah, was uns aber nicht störte. Das Verzasca-Tal ist der ideale Ferienort für den Sommer (Baden im Fluss, abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen aller Schwierigkeitsgrade, auch mit kleineren Kindern gut geeignet und spannend zu erkunden) und den einzelnen, wenigen Touristen-Hotspots kann man, wenn man will, prima ausweichen und findet immer einen ruhigen Platz am Fluss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

    “Uns haben die Tage im Rustico sehr gefallen, trotzdem das die Zufahrt sehr eng war - hat das ganze sehr Charm für uns auch die vielen Treppen die zum Rustico führten haben uns nicht gestört im Gegenteil…
    Alle Häuschen eher eng beieinander aber total herzig und zum Wohlfühlen”

    “Kleines, aber gemütliches Rustico zu einem fairen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Rustico ist zudem sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Positiv: Lage, Preis/Leistung, Sauberkeit Ausflüge: Römerbrücke bei Lavertezzo - Diese Fussgängerbrücke ist bei schönem Wetter ein Toristenmagnet. Es lohnt sich früh hinzufahren.”
