Discover Casa EmnitanAs soon as you enter the house, you will enjoy the exceptional view of the sea. Do not hesitate to rest on the sofa facing the bay window.Going down one floor you will have on your right the dining room with an oak table for 12 people, then the living room with its sofas and the big screen. On the left you will have a toilet then a large fully equipped kitchen with a central island, double fridge, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, and a dining table.All rooms have a sea view and direct access to a terrace of over 120m2. A garden table and 12 chairs await you to enjoy this space facing the sea. The swimming pool is located to the right of the terrace, out of sight. Fatboy sun loungers allow you to enjoy the space around the pool.
Casa Emnitan is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a few more villas. It is accessed by a beautiful path that connects the Sa Riera beach with Aiguafreda. The villa is surrounded by a nature reserve. From the villa you have the possibility to take the path that runs along the coast, reaching Sa Riera to the north and Aiguafreda to the south.
Housing:Going down a further floor, you will arrive in the sleeping area which is made up of 2 parental suites, two en-suite double bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children.
